Refund policy
No Refunds/Exchanges:
All items are print-on-demand and produced only once ordered.
We take great care in ensuring that every product is made to the highest standards. However, due to the nature of print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than the following:
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective product, we will be happy to replace it. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be:
- Received in a defective condition.
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Reported within 30 days of receipt.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will be happy to replace it. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be:
- Received in a different design, size, or color than what was ordered.
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Reported within 30 days of receipt
Procedure for Replacement
If you would like to request a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team (x-energy@imprintgenius.com) within 30 days of receipt to inform the defect or incorrect item.
- Provide your order number and the details of the defect or incorrect item.
- Our customer service team will assist you with the next steps.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect.
