No Refunds/Exchanges:

All items are print-on-demand and produced only once ordered.

We take great care in ensuring that every product is made to the highest standards. However, due to the nature of print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than the following:

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective product, we will be happy to replace it. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be:

  1. Received in a defective condition.
  2. Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Reported within  30 days of receipt.

Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will be happy to replace it. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be:

  1. Received in a different design, size, or color than what was ordered.
  2. Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Reported within 30 days of receipt

Procedure for Replacement

If you would like to request a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team (x-energy@imprintgenius.com) within 30 days of receipt to inform the defect or incorrect item.
  2. Provide your order number and the details of the defect or incorrect item.
  3. Our customer service team will assist you with the next steps.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect.
